Austin DBT Associates

I love this place. I've been going here for about 3 years, and I love my therapist. I was in the dbt group therapy for teens on and off for about 1-2 years, and it was super helpful with helping me open up and feel validated in the experiences other teens were having too. The staff is really good about sticking to the proven DBT methodes, while still including information and care specific to the patient. I've noticed the most improvement with Austin DBT Associates compared to any other places I've been to in my 7 years of trying therapies. With quarentine they've also offered online therapy sessions, which ill admit is a bit more awkward than in person sessions, but has been essential to maintaining my sanity during these crazy times. I have sessions weekly, and I really feel my therapist understand me and has given me so much support through the years. She has been super adaptable to my shedule and is always working hard to give me the care I need. It's super hard to find a therapist that works for you, but I genuinely feel I've found the right fit here. Shout out to Leigh Ann Bryan, please give this woman a raise.
