Explained in great detail the billing that would come along with the purchase. I will happily take care of my cellular needs at this Location.

The customer service rep (Heide) at Verizon was just simply fantastic. Getting my new iPhone was a simple and easy experience. He also recommended a screen protector and a couple more good accessories which I purchased. Now I’m feeling really great about buying my iPhone, because at first I was feeling a little guilty for treating myself with the 12 Pro Max of all phones. But after I talked to their customer service rep it was pretty cool and now I’m really happy. Thanks Heide.

My experience today was excellent. I can't say enough about Joshua and Julian. I came in today in a panic. My phone completely froze and I had some vital information, a voicemail, and a video that was priceless to me and could never ever be duplicated if lost. They very kindly with a good bit of knowledge guided me in what to do. I bought a new phone and with their help restored on the new phone those items that meant so much to me. I was do relieved. They gave me personal attention and explained everything they were doing. It took several hours. We had pleasant conversations and they made me feel welcome and valued as a customer. They even stayed after hours to finish and tutor me on the features of the phone. I was really impressed and left really happy. These guys are great. Julian and Joshua deserve recognition for helping this panicked customer. You guys are my heroes today. Thank you very much!!
