Very friendly and helpful folks. I'm based in Nashville and needed a steadicam set up and some other camera accessories for a shoot in Austin, TX. I got myself set up with another rental company in town and found out this other company had some pretty over-the-top insurance requirements. As a result, i ended up getting set up VERY last minute with Omega. Despite my bumbling inability to film out forms to completion, they stuck with me and made sure they had all the info I needed and got us set up with gear the same day, staying late on a Friday afternoon to prepare the gear.
