(July 30, 2020, 5:45 pm)Gracywoods 1 was willing to work with me regarding transferring my 87 year-old aunt, a covid-19 survivor, from a Houston area facility. Special credit goes to the admission director who was patient and persevering, and who set up the transfer of the Austin dialysis branch and the 3-hour relocation by ambulance. No deposit was charge nor contract signed at the time. They fit the relocation in as soon as it was possible and these matters (invoice, contract) were resolved afterwards. They are also willing to work with me regarding the soon to come Medicaid transition. So far, they deserve a 5-star rating.

They truly show that they care about the residents and do a great job keeping staff abroad to help with the patients on every shift. The co-workers stick together so well, to make sure that the patients have everything they need and are happy and comfortable at all times. my mother died there and they took very good care of her and I'm glad I put her there they where so strong and supportive I could never regret putting her at gracy woods that's a wonderful place thank you so much from the bottom of my heart you guys keep up the good work.

(April 17, 2018, 12:01 am)I see the majority of staff work hard along side of an administrator that takes on every challenge and gives his all to resolve conflicts and solve a problems. If everyone can stay on track we can easily achieve a. 5 Star. The therapy team is too notch. Most of nurses and aids are kind and like family.
