I had thyroid hemithyroidectomy surgery on Monday december 21st 2020 made me great experience pre nurse name Nicole last name didn't get it made me so comfort and relex until go through operating room and surgery room nurses and surgeon doctor dr chin so thankfull they are smile and made me comfort after surgery ,post nurse name "Ma Ei " she is so special she do her job with professional and empathy
comforting the patient is so nice .Thankso much for great service Northwest surgery center including front desk too.

I had surgery yesterday for the first at this location is very happy with my experience. All of the front office staff and the nurses were so friendly and professional. The pre-op nurse (didn't catch her name) was very accommodating and reassuring. The PACU nurse Monica was also very nice and helpful. Everything was clean and well organized.

Our daughter had surgery at NSC to remove her tonsils. Our experience was extraordinary from beginning to end. The receptionist was friendly, the check-in process was quick, the pre-op and post-op nurses were very attentive, before surgery the surgeon and anesthesiologist took time to introduce themselves and answer our questions. While our daughter was in surgery we were provided with real-time updates of her status from the waiting room and shortly after she entered the recovery room we were able to join her while she recovered. All of the NSC team was attentive and professional. Overall the surgery and recovery experience was better than what we expected.

Great staff that exudes professionalism and friendliness. Our nurse, Rachel (didn’t catch her last name) was an absolute joy and very courteous. The anesthesia nurse was also incredibly friendly and had some good jokes. All around this was a great experience considering the circumstances. If I need another procedure, I’ll request it to be here.
