(August 12, 2020, 2:14 pm)I have been coming to Aesthetica Med Spa for all of my skin care needs for well over a decade. I am so grateful that I got into top quality skin care at such a young age, I really feel like it has stopped the hands of time! Or slowed them down at least. They have the best selection of skin care products hands down. Dr Sneed, the Medical Director, has also been my primary doctor for a really long time. He's really great at listening to his patients and delivering what they want. He's never in a rush and does an excellent job at training his entire staff. I believe this was the first Med Spa in Austin. All the ladies at Aesthetica are really helpful and down to earth. I recently had an X-rated facial with Emily and it was incredible! I highly recommend it. She has an awesome touch and my skin has been glowing ever since. I get a lot of compliments, even behind my mask!

(July 16, 2020, 2:46 pm)This place is pretty good. I really like the front desk customer service and phone calls for appointments and follow ups. They aren’t too pushy about selling products or services but at the same time, they let you know about deals and offers available.
I’m giving it four stars because it really depends so much on who you are seeing. I have seen a few great people and a few not so great people. But overall, I am pretty happy with it. It isn’t my number one place to go but they have great specials and deals that are absolutely worth it!
