Friendly office staff and Dr Read has a great bedside manner. Dr Read is very thorough and really cares about my health. Able to see me right away every time I call. I find this practice to be a lot more caring and considerate than other drs I have been to in Austin.

Updated: I hate to say this but the staff has changed and service has gone down. I still like my nurse practitioner, but it’s a shame. I got in very early for a flu shot, but wasn’t asked in advance if my insurance had changed, which is something they used to do. I let them know after the fact and a disgruntled employee made a stink face and raised her voice, telling me I really needed to let them know in advance. I don’t mind someone telling me that but it was the rude, abrupt and dismissive manner that shocked me, especially so early in the morning—and the fact that I’ve been a client for years. Removing a star.

I’m shocked to read that there are actually negative reviews for this place. I love my visits here. I trust Mandy Mishra in every way, and she is always meticulous and thorough. My best friend started going here over a decade ago and I’m so glad she referred me as a patient two or three years ago. No more waiting in bland lobbies or dealing with long waits and rude staff!
