I'm a senior with almost no experience with yoga and Elaine made it easy to get moving quickly toward my goals. Love it!

(January 7, 2016, 9:46 am)Elaine at Yoga for You is awesome. She really knows about yoga and the body and has great beginner classes. I went for several months and loved the benefits of her instruction and calming environment. I need to get back there ASAP! Kicking myself for letting work get in the way.
