  Exceptional service especially from Nicole. She was very knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, informative, and overall a joyful person to be around. She went above and beyond to help us through the whole process in a smooth and simply way. We were in town for a very short time helping our son to find his first solo apartment. From the initial phone call to the signing of the lease, it was a professional, friendly, and welcoming experience. She was excellent with her follow up. The move in day was smooth thanks to the organized and efficient process. We are so pleased that our son decided to rent at the Commons at Creekside! It is a wonderful community.
  All of the staff we met was very friendly. The grounds are very well maintained, the trash and recycle are were always clean. It is in a great location. It is not far from shopping, dining, movie theatres, and hiking. Lots more available nearby.
  It is a nice quiet place. The neighbors are just as welcoming and friendly as the leasing agents, and other staff.

  Moved in in May with my boyfriend and we have loved it immensely! The apartments are beautiful with updated appliances and balconies, and the grounds are lovely with walking ways, racquet court, and a pool. I love walking my dog here, it feels very rural and cozy despite still being in town with anything needed nearby. Management and maintenance have always been friendly and welcoming and take care of any issues in a timely manner.

  I’m seriously SOOOO SAD to be leaving Commons at Creekside!!! I recently had to relocate to WA for a job that I simply couldn’t pass up. Nicole, the new leasing agent, is SOOO NICE, professional, and helpful!!! She extended her professionalism by going above and beyond and helped me print my documents after closing time at 6pm!!! I am unbelievably grateful and appreciative of her GREAT customer service skills and professionalism. Again, I’m truly SAD to be leaving Commons at Creekside!!! I will sincerely MISS my apartment and all of the leasing staff!!! I give this property a 10 out of 10!!!! U will be truly satisfied in living here with all aspects of apartment living!!!

  Had just the obscure part I needed on a Saturday afternoon. Great shop with a great dog. And they sell Kona what more could you ask for?

  I was recently hit by a motorist while riding my bike on S Lamar which bent my front wheel, which rendered it unrideable. I took it into Bikealot and, as I am not a bike expert, I spoke with Brad about what I needed to get up and running again.
  
  Brad is very kind and knowledgeable and he took care of me in a quick and friendly fashion. It took about 15 minutes for him to replace the wheel, as well as a few other small fixes to my bike, and now
  My bike is in great condition and I am happily back out riding again.
  
  I would highly reccomend Bikealot for any bike problems you may have, it’s a great business run by great people.

  I've always had a great experience at Bikealot. I'm about to bring in my mountain bike to have the tubeless tires re-setup... the initial setup that they did has lasted years and years though. They sold my one of the most solid bikes that I've ever owned, the Kona Honzo.

  Great service and awesome employees. I had one of my spokes from my wheel break and an employee stopped what they were doing to help me out. They were able to fix it within minutes and had me back on the road quickly. Highly recommend you stop by for service or parts.
