(September 25, 2022, 9:50 am)Went to store To get my new flip phone activated, Rylon help me he was very professional in getting it transferred over to my satisfaction. The whole process ultimately took about an hour. He also went through the process of doing a factory reset On my old phone and Then I turn my phone into him to return to Sprint.
The entire staff in the store appear to be experts as it says on their shirt tags Highly recommend their services based on my experience

He stayed with us after the store was closed to ensure that all our questions were answered and that we felt confident with our new devices. I highly recommend this location and their service!!

(December 8, 2018, 4:53 pm)They were very gentle while handcuffing me. Did not curse or call me any racial slur. The police car smelled nice and was very roomy in the back. Would get arrested by them again.
