“The dealership kept taking my car in for rework on repairs that they did not perform correctly. This location was able to have a car quickly ready for me and all their cars were fine. They were clean and fueled and ready to go. One caution point, they do seem to run short on larger vehicles so if you're looking for an SUV, you'll want to make sure you call them in advance as they typically have to get one sent over from the airport. But if all you're looking for is a car, you're good to go.”

“Nice car wash and they do a great job getting the cars through quickly even when there are a lot of them and they can have a lot of cars line up. It can get a little chaotic for those who don't know what is going on but the employees are moving around and getting things done. A note is to watch for the entrance as you are driving down William Cannon. They will often have a line of cars they are drying off and it will bock one of the entrances, you have to use the first one, just keep your eyes open. I am not sure if i just happen to go when its busy, but thats probably because when its nice enough to get a car wash, everyone goes to get a car wash. I would go early and drop off a car instead of waiting.”

“This hotel is an excellent option for families with young children. The 1 bedroom suite is great because there is a door to separate the living room from the bedroom—spacious enough to set up a pack and play if your little one needs to get to bed before you do. Other kid friendly perks include: TVs in both the living room and bedroom side and a bath tub. The kitchen was clean and had the basic pots/utensils, but we did not use it during our stay. The hotel staff was very accommodating and the rooms were very clean. If you are looking to visit downtown Austin it is a convenient location and there’s a Trudy’s and Buffalo Wild Wings within walking distance. Would definitely stay here in the future.”

“I've been going to them since I was a child so I know how great they were already but today was the icing on the cake my son had been seeing a different eye doctor for 2 years (per his insurance) but for some reason today they wouldn't see him because he needed a referral I thought it was a mistake insurance hasn't changed for him in years. So TSO was right down the street they were able to run his insurance and even called them on speaker just so I could hear the insurance lady say we didn't need a referral at all he was good to go for an eye exam if we wanted him to be seen RIGHT THEN AND THERE it was amazing... maybe it was a slow day I don't know but they made this mama bear very happy :)”
