I’ve been a bodyworker for over 20 years and have great difficulty finding people to provide good work for me. Barbara is an empathetic, intuitive, skilled therapist.

She has the ability to go deep and uses it appropriately. She is skilled in numerous healing modalities and integrates them into her work in a beautiful way.

During my first visit, I learned that Barbara White has been doing bodywork and other healing modalities for 40 years, and that was evident after my first session with her. I booked an appointment with Barbara for help with a muscle spasm in my neck that was causing downstream effects throughout my body. Barbara was able to pinpoint the exact locations on my body where I was experiencing pain or tension and began using different healing techniques like cranial sacral therapy and reflexology to start healing those areas. This was more than just hands-on healing work, Barbara took time to educate me on the methods she was using and why certain areas may have reacted the way they did, so I can implement subtle changes going forward to continue the healing process and prevent the issues from reoccurring. Above all, Barbara is a great listener and takes the time necessary to understand her clients and their backgrounds before jumping straight into hands on healing, which I appreciate. All in all, I would highly recommend Barbara to anyone looking for an expert bodywork practitioner with exceptional knowledge and experience.

I've known Barbara for +30 years as a client! I traveled 3-4 days/week in my job and built up a lot of stress. I always looked forward to my sessions with her! There were times she wanted to change her technique and I learned to listen to her - she was always right. Barbara is the consummate professional . I do 1-1/2 hour sessions every 6 weeks. Even though I've been retired now slightly over 2 years I still keep up my regular schedule with her. She has become a good friend over the years & I trust her judgement.
