Phenomenal staff, clean property, secure storage, and fair prices.
Mild downside is that you have to buy a specific type of lock for the units and sometimes the flatbed carts are all in use, but everything else is fantastic.
(September 21, 2020, 7:30 pm)Amazingly simple. The folks at Extra Space have been my go-to team for all my storage needs these past few years. Being active duty military and moving around constantly, I need a clean, affordable alternative to the mom and pop storage facilities that somehow always end up costing me more in the long run. Kendra and her staff at the I-35 and 1st street location in Austin are consummate professionals and made my most recent move quick and easy. She saved me a boat load of money by helping me find a unit that fit my storage needs to a "T." Thanks Kendra and thank you Extra Space Storage!
(September 17, 2020, 8:28 pm)Clean, climate controlled and secure - especially like the lock on the door of each unit. Feel my belongings are totally safe. Katrina was very helpful with the check in and graciously addressed all my concerns. Best storage experience I've ever had.
(July 3, 2020, 7:26 pm)Getting started was super fast and easy. Kendra went above and beyond to ensure our experience went smoothly and that we were satisfied. Units were a consistently kept at a safe, slightly cool temperature and were extremely clean. Top notch facility - highly recommend - I’d give 6 stars if possible.
(June 18, 2020, 12:27 pm)I must say this location was awesome!!!!!!! Kendra, one of the associates at this place made the move extremely pleasant. She went out of her way to make sure the multiple units were as close as possible, and made me aware of any savings and deals that were present at the moment. I was a bit hesitant to rent a storage with the nightmare stories I have heard. But with ,Kendra, I was not disappointed at all. She was there to offer any assistance she could, and made sure that I had no worries while moving my items in at the site. She beat the competitors price and gave me exceptional quality and customer service. I will never use another storage as long as Kendra is around. Thank you for all your help, madam.

Came to rent another unit, and effortlessly Kendra came through and helped me with everything. Took the time to find the closest storage next to my other units and made time for me to get to the unit as soon as possible. Five stars!!!!!
