She really goes the extra mile to make things more accommodating when you have a busy work/life schedule. She is kind and understanding, never pushy and really takes the time to listen to what you need when offering options for insurance. I have, so far, signed up for auto insurance as well as term life insurance through her. Her knowledge of their products/services as well as her ability to find something that works for you financially is a true talent. I would recommend anyone needing insurance to give her a call. Her customer service is top-notch and Its really nice to get actual "neighbor-like service" that state farm promises. Mr. Green has a real asset and I will be calling her for all of my insurance needs going forward.
(February 14, 2020, 3:37 pm)Taylor is a great insurance agent. He's very knowledgeable about the products he sells. He is also dependable and always there when I call. I've called him several times at night and off hours and he has no problem taking those calls at all. He's met with me personally outside of the office at my house and other places for my convenience. I trust him and he's a good guy to have manage your insurance portfolio.

I am always impressed with this office after every phone call. They are truly helpful and treat their customers with a level of service I have rarely encountered. I have been with Taylor Green for a few years and recommend him to everyone!
