Customer service is A-1! As an out-of-stater, I often order flowers for my sister who lives in Austin and La Fleur is terrific! They send emails when the order is ready showing the actual flowers to be delivered. They also will call letting me know of the status and if there are any issues. I cannot recommended them highly enough!

Used them for my wedding and they went above and beyond what we talked about I think they could sense I was on a budget. Not only did they throw in some extra cuttings they gave us their buckets for transport because we didn’t think about putting them in water to help them stay fresh throughout the night. 10/10 would recommend.

Amazing! The flowers AND the friendly service were both welcome changes from ordering from some faceless place online. I will be a repeat customer with no doubt! Take a look, at the proof of the product: there's one picture they sent for me to review before, BEFORE the flowers were delivered. Then, there are two I took the day of, as well as two I just took now, 4 days later. Amazing service, setup and obviously QUALITY flowers, not too mention the most important part: someone who knows how, when, which flowers to choose. They were delivered by hand to my wife on her birthday in a beautiful vase that would have cost 4 times the amount that LaFleur's charges for it as an add-on. The were not stuffed in a box somewhere and left in 104 degrees on the doorstep. Needless to say, I'm very happy with the choice that I made. So was my wife! Thank you!

La Fleur Flower Market was referred to us by a friend that loves going there for their flower arranging class. I needed to order flowers and wanted local. I had a budget but wasn't sure what I wanted so I called and spoke to Kimberly. She was friendly, efficient, and sent this gorgeous arrangement to our person. We'll definitely be using this shop again.
