there is an associate that works at the register who is absolutely above and beyond helpful. His name is Jason(I hope I remembered that correctly) he is always working the front end ! Another amazing associate works in the framing department- very knowledgeable and friendly. Michaels is lucky to have such great employees.

Nice store. Lots of options and good prices on the stuff that I needed. Plenty of selection for seasonal items that I didn't see at other locations. Super friendly staff. Very helpful in getting me registered for Michael's discounts and offers.

Went last night with my son for some last minute Christmas decor. Couldn’t figure out if the sale price was accurate or not. Miss Kathy at the checkout lane 3 was SO sweet and helpful, didn’t make me feel like a nuisance at all, despite how busy they were. A super sweet manager came over and helped. Although the sign was misplaced, they still honored the discount price, which I thought was lovely. They didn’t have to do that, but they went the extra mile. Thank you so much ladies!
