I highly recommend Balcones Roofing. They are very professional and took the time to explain the details and benefits of each of the choices that we had to make in the selection of the materials (each item selection was explained in as much detail as I needed to make my decision such as: shingle selection, roof penetrations, underlayment selection, ridge vents and drip edge).

Their estimate was very well written covering all the details; materials, repair items, procedures, warranties and warranty extensions (including BOTH manufacture's and labor).

They repaired the facia and chimney (siding and flashings) before re-roofing and replacing the gutters. They used a net system to capture the debris from the removal and installation process to minimize the littering in the yard, neighbors property, and greenbelt.

I appreciate the great clean-up after the work was completed and at the end of each day!

The owner came back after the installation to re-inspect all the work and to ask if we were totally satisfied!

As you can see in the before and after photos, they did an amazing job. They addressed all questions, such as help choosing the type and color of shingles, used quality products, made all repairs needed, and were respectful and professional at all times.

Karl and team at Balcones Roofing did an awesome job installing my new F-wave roof. Beyond the high-quality and professional installation of the roof, Karl (the owner) was very attentive, and very transparent with all communications and pricing. Some rain was forecast close to the install date, but Karl got a larger crew to finish the job much earlier than anticipated. The crew was respectful and careful of the property, I had no damages, and top of that cleaned up every old shingle, nail and left the place cleaner than they found it.

We had to replace our roof and gutters due to hail damage last year and chose to install F-Wave shingles due to its hail impact class 4 rating. Balcones Roofing & Remodeling was highly recommended for the F-Wave installation. It was a real pleasure working with Karl and his Balcones team members Kevin, Ron and David. Kevin, the Project Manager, was on site coordinating with all teams to ensure everything was completed to our satisfaction. We also want to express thanks and acknowledgement to Claudia, Jose, and their roofing team members, as well as Angel’s team members who installed the gutters on our home. Everyone played a strategic role in the completion of this project. All teams went the extra mile to make certain the project was completed to our satisfaction. We waited to get our roof repaired after a severe hail storm in the Leander / Cedar Park area back in the Spring, and some of our existing issues we had with our roof (beforehand) got worse. We spoke to a couple roofers, but ended up moving forward with Balcones.

Karl & Kevin are awesome. Great people, excellent attention to detail, and good customer service overall. We're really happy with the end result.
