(July 13, 2020, 5:21 pm)We signed a contract for an initial treatment of inside/outside, with a follow-up of every two months. Michael was extremely knowledgeable about the different types of pests we could encounter and how to handle potential problem areas. He shared a lot of knowledge while going through the treatment process, which was greatly appreciated. Most importantly, ChemFree has excellent COVID safety precautions in place for their workers and felt comfortable with Michael in the house. We are happy to be working with them.

(June 15, 2020, 2:01 pm)Charity was just out for our quarterly service. We asked her to pay particular attention to the older windows because we're getting some spiders entering the house there. She did something I've never had a pest control company do. She got a long semi-spherical brush an went after the cobwebs and dirt around EVERY window and door.
This group continues to impress me, particularly while I'm getting pounded on by competing pest control companies. Nice job, keep hiring good people.

(June 10, 2020, 5:16 pm)The technician was on-time and personable. I told him I was having some trouble with some small ants in my kitchen are. He told me that he knew what these were and that he would give me some ant bate that would get rid of them. I used it and within two days the little ants are gone. I always have them treat the outside and not the inside as we have some animals and birds in the house. They have always accommodated our requests and have provided a good service. Thank you. (May 19, 2020, 12:28 pm)So far, we're very happy with Chem-free. They gave a quote quickly, their prices are very affordable, and the tech who came out was very friendly and efficient. We discussed an extra service and he was very honest and not pushy, which I truly appreciate.
Billing is also very easy, they take monthly payments on a credit card so we don't have to deal with bills in the mail or calling in. They couldn't make it easier.
