Hank is amazing. I have an 18 year old daughter going to school in Austin, and I'm 6 hours away. When she had a problem with her Mini Cooper, Hank, and the great people at Oak Hill Automotive took care of her. It's nice to know there are still honest people in this world! Put this dads mind at ease!!

I have been to Oak Hill Automotive on three occasions. The first two were to request a routine inspection. The third was for maintenance. During my inspection, Hank Amor noticed that I had a tire light on and took the initiative to examine the issue. He discovered I had a nail in the tire. With that, he offered to repair the tire which he did. During my maintenance visit, Hank reported that his team adjusted/fixed the problem I had with my vehicle and while they were at it, they also took the initiative to check my spare tire and fill it with additional air which it needed. That is the kind of initiative that I appreciate from any company that provides service to my vehicle. In short, they care about their customers and know that none of us want to be on the side of the road late at night due to a safety hazard with the car we drive. Incidentally, when I visited the firm for an inspection, a woman in the waiting room told me she's been having her vehicles serviced by this firm for 11 years. Is there any wonder why??? These guys are amazing. I've brought a couple of different vehicles to them on a couple of different occasions. This past time I felt very comfortable telling them, "Do anything you find that you think the vehicle needs." I've never said that to a mechanic before...

I don't know a whole lot about cars but they seem to be incredibly honest and knowledgable.

Oak Hill Automotive has been my family’s choice for inspections/oil changes/general car maintenance for several years now. Hank is fair and honest, and every time we get work done, he provides a detailed explanation for what they did and why. I always learn something new. I would recommend them to anyone.
