This team is great in Monument, we have always received quick professional service at this location. Thank you for the latest recommendation on tires, they are so much better than the original tires.
I'd give them a 20 if I could! Anthony the senior manager went above and beyond for me today and I really appreciate it. Discount tire is, and always has been great to me and my family but today reaches a new pinnacle. The rest of the world's businesses should watch and take notes here. Getting the service that you pay for is one thing, but these guys always go above and beyond. Even when they don't have to. As it gets harder and harder to find the good in humanity, today my faith is restored. We all get busy at work and just want to get our job done and go home, but when people actually care, it shows. Thank you to Anthony, Izzy, Sean and the crew for helping me out today.
I could not find the tires I was looking for anywhere. These guys went above and beyond looking for them, found them, and had them at their store in 1 weeks time. Highly recommend this store.
Based on my being here, my day did not start well. I had a flat tire that could not be repaired. However, the crew a Discount Tire in Monument had me back on the road and confident that my tires would get me to my destinations for many years. They were courteous, professional, respectful, and funny.
I just want to give a huge shout out to Brandon and team at this location. I ordered a set of wheels and tires from a major Online Retailer that's widely known and after a month of the run around, they still "Couldn't get the wheels and tires" due to supply chain issues and I was still waiting. I called Brandon and he ordered all of the same exact product and told me he would have it in 5 days...and what do you know, he called me on day 3 and said they were ready for pick up, TWO DAYS EARLY!! WOW. And the best part is the price I paid with Brandon was LOWER on the same exact product! Kudos to these guys and if you are considering online purchases, don't do it, just call these guys and they will get you squared away. Thank You Brandon and Team!
