    Working with Lynn was an excellent experience. I was pleasantly surprised to see that she is not only very knowledgeable about the body but she’s also very knowledgeable about a middle-aged female body. She does an excellent job of finding exercises that are right for you and that will give you the results that you want without injury or resulting in discomfort or pain. I can’t recommend Lynn highly enough for personal training!

    Lynn is a great personal trainer! She always ensures my body mechanics are correct and that any exercise I do will never injur or hurt -just strengthen and tone. Plus she has great music lists!

    I have been working out with Lynn at Slow Down Fitness for over a year now. She has trained me both prenatal and postnatal. She is always mindful of how my body feels that day and my energy level. I appreciate her enthusiasm and creativity, coming up with new and fun workouts each week. I highly recommend Slow Down Fitness if you want results while honoring what your body needs.

    Are you looking to improve your overall well-being in 2019? Slow Down Fitness' Lynn Peterson will help you do just that with her distinctive mix of cardio, stretching, yoga and strength work. Lynn is a compassionate, gentle trainer with a wealth of knowledge about body mechanics -- she made sure that I could safely modify moves to protect my knee and lower back, both of which have been injured in the past. (Plus, she's just fun!)

    Lynn is a fantastic personal trainer! She is great at evaluating strengths and weaknesses and customizing a workout that is exactly what you need. She's friendly, compassionate, and very knowledgeable about fitness, and I love how she incorporates yoga, strength, cardio, and flexibility into a low-impact workout.

Your body won't adapt and slow down fitness results if you repeat a workout a few times. If your intensity is lower with a new workout and repeating it allows you to increase the intensity, then go for it. Repeat the workout 2-3 times before moving on.
