(February 28, 2018, 11:37 am)I suspect that Chris is everything you'd want in a residential real estate professional. We hired Chris and his team to list/sell a home in 78757 and buy a home in 78746. At first impression, you'll learn that Chris enjoys conversing, whether it be about his highly-refined sale process or Texas history. However, you'll soon learn that he's just as talented a listener. He's tuned in to your specific needs, and he's very responsive (particularly by text message). His experience in a myriad of situations is obvious as well. On the sale side, his marketing materials are top-notch, and he negotiated an expedited closing and a sale-leaseback. On the buy side, he helped us avoid a potential bidding war on one property and negotiated additional value pre- and post-inspection for the home we finally purchased.
