“Colin went above & beyond when it came to serving my needs. When we were searching for a second truck yard, he found multiple options that others weren't able show me. We found the perfect location for the right price. Highly recommend! Great communication, fast responses, and knowledgeable!”

“Dr. Marianne Calvanese is better at taking a homeopathic case and choosing the right homeopathic remedy than any Homeopathic doctor I've ever visited. She is a Baster U. trained Naturopath who specializes in homeopathy and her 30 years of experience definitely can be felt.”

“Public school is not for everyone. I have 2 sons - one of which excels in a traditional school environment, and the other who was stifled and frustrated by it. I am so grateful for ATI Austin and what the school has done, even within a short time, for my son’s love of learning and outlook on school and education. I never thought I would hear him say that he loves school, but whenever anyone asks him about it, that is exactly what he says. ATI treats the students like people - the teachers and staff are true leaders as opposed to authoritarians. They engender community, mutual respect, and they celebrate the uniqueness of all of the students. The students are given room to grow and excel on their terms, explore their own interests, and are exposed to a variety of interesting subjects. The word “bored” has not crossed my son’s lips since he started at ATI. The curriculum is not easy, but it is taught in such a way that even someone like my son, who used to loathe school, is incredibly engaged. He is more responsible for his work and our fights about homework are over. I know in my core that his attendance at ATI has put him on a completely different (and much better) trajectory for the rest of his life, and for that, I am eternally grateful.”

“Went for the first time today and we will be back!! My husband and I aren’t new to healthy eating and we often frequent vegan/vegetarian restaurants. We could easily give up meat and often try to eat mostly vegetables when we can. (Although I love cheese!) But at this place, you don’t miss it! I could eat the salad every single day- wish I had the recipe! After the soup and salad I was starting to get full. But I saved room for the entree and it was delicious. The sauce on the kale was amazing! And the rice was perfectly cooked. It was a gorgeous day so we sat outside. Our toddler loved the playground area and he even ate most of his salad! He also loved the rice! Everyone was nice and I assume that the most of the patrons were regulars. You can tell that they appreciate and respect the food, people and ambiance. We will be back! Probably weekly!”

“Where to start... :) Well, if you are researching and trying to find someone you should talk to for whatever reason it may be, I strongly encourage you to stop searching. Seriously, stop and relax a second because you found the guy. Here are a few aspects of James Ochoa that come to mind - 1. James isn't normal - in the best of all ways. It's not only because "he's been there, done that", it's because he will go there with you (wherever that may be). 2. James won't judte you, ever. Many people claim they don't judge but I'm reality, they are simply judging machines. Could you even imagine speaking with a person who won't judge you? It's incredible because it means you can be 100% honest. Which is an aspect of life that some people don't ever get to experience in full when interacting with others. 3. James knows more than you think. Even if you think he knows a lot - he knows more than that. Trust me. 4. James has an awesome brain. Picture a brain with scientific knowledge, deeply rooted spirituality, energy feeling, butterfly loving and the constant urge to learn and share - now combine all that with the ability to fully understand human beings in multiple dimensions at both the micro and macro level. I've been meeting with James for over two years now. Life went from a musky grey overlayed with an unfortunate shade of brown to a bright splatter painting with all the vibrant colors you imagine - with a big smiley face in the middle. Thank you, James.”

“Absolutely love this place. The owner who works the counter is an awesome guy. Consistently has the am classical station on and is always friendly. I just moved to s. Lamar and this place has made it awesome. Everything you could possibly need for basics is at this place. They recently started serving homemade rice pudding that’s out of this world. Put some cinnamon on top and blast off to mars. Hats off to this store, truly bulwark of community run stores that make you feel at home.”

“Amazing! Comfortable! Convenient! Spotless! Roomy! The folks at VacationCake Rentals show what Texas Hospitality is all about. The charming 3/2 in a cute neighborhood is convenient to the whole city. Walking distance to food and shops, including the world-famous Broken Spoke. The greenbelt is a short walk away, allowing for an easy escape to nature. Downtown is an easy drive, ride or bus away. Jay and his team were accommodating and helpful at every turn. We were stuck because of the pandemic lock-down, but had a home with every comfort. We enjoyed eating outside on the decks, the ease of having our own laundry, and plenty of room for our family. Jay understood our needs and was flexible and kind. VacationCake will be our first choice next time we visit Austin!”

“Amazing service! I came in to dry sheets and towels it only took about 20 minutes (super fast dry time). The guy working there (looked like the owner) even taught/helped me fold the sheets correctly.”

“We decided to work with Jamie and Peach based on the recommendation of a future home builder we hope to use. We were searching for our first home from another state so we needed agents who could understand our vision and point us in the right direction. I am SO glad we worked with Kaleido! Jamie and Peach were communicative, thorough and were always on hand to answer questions, send updates and visit properties for us. Thanks to Jamie's guidance, we found the perfect first home in a great part of town. We would highly recommend Kaleido Properties to anyone looking for prime real estate in Austin!”

“Management is very nice and accommodating! Very pretty grounds. Neighbors have been nice. Coming from the Hyde park area of town, I feel like the value is better here. Packages can be delivered to office instead of your door, and they have a convenient system in place for picking them up”
