“COVID UPDATE: this location has been very easy to work with during this trying time. I was able to make an appointment with my financial planner, and excellent COVID precautions were in place. You are also able to make appointments with other bankers for issues that cannot be handled online or over the phone. You will feel very safe in the office. I have been a TWCU member for more than 20 years. I've had good service both in AZ and TX. I have a variety of accounts with them from savings, line of credit, to IRA. I do all of my money transactions with this credit union. The individuals who work at this branch are wonderful. They are always so friendly and willing to go the extra mile to assist me. They never push services on me. They genuinely seem to be happy to be at work, which is nice to see in today's world.
