“-UPDATED 6/8/22 - After some back and forth with the customer service, i was eventually able to get this fixed, and they are shipping a replacement of what i ordered. Took a bit of talking through, but eventually they were happy to replace it. Thank you! ORIGINAL REVIEW - Did not want to have to write this, but… I had ordered this super green malay at least 3 or 4 times before with no issues, good product when it comes as is. However in my most recent order, the product i received was not green malay, and some strain of Red vein. I have pictures to prove and have contacted Craving Kratom to try to get this resolved. However, i was rebuffed multiple times, saying that what i received was still green malay, even though it isn’t.”

“We can't say enough positive things about everyone at this clinic. Our child sees Dr. Shepard, who did his ear tube surgery. The doctor is very professional, knowledgeable, and also friendly with my one year old son. The surgery also went very well. The nurse (or maybe NP), Katrina, is super sweet and helpful. When my child was upset she sang the Wheels on the Bus to him and helped him calm down. The audiologist is the same way - very friendly and nice to our child. I've had to call the office a few times for follow-up care stuff and I never feel like we are bothering them. They treat us like we are their only patients. We've also never had to wait a long time in the office, everyone has been super prompt. Importantly, in our experience when they've needed to ask the doctor a follow up question Katrina calls us back the same day, usually within a few hours. This hasn't been our experience with some other doctors elsewhere, so we are so grateful to have found a doctor and clinic staff that is so friendly and courteous and responsive to our needs. Also, for our first appointment we were able to get in within 10 days (which was faster than other ENT places I called). Knowledgeable, friendly, and prompt - I don't know what else you could ask from a doctor and their staff. We would recommend this office to anyone and everyone!”

There was even a time I was in the hospital for neurological issues and she came to see me. I have seen her for about a year now and plan to for the years to come.
