Dr. Michelle is also very warm and friendly. She could tell right away where my body was off. The masseuses book up pretty fast, but the schedule comes out on Fridays. If you can't get the office by phone, they respond by email pretty quickly. For insurance, Aeja (pronounced "asia") is a dream to work with. She kindly checked and double-checked for me. All has gone through and billed correctly. She's very warm and friendly. I'd ask for her. She was my first contact with the office and made me want to go there. Call them!”

“We absolutely love the Afflovest! And also this company. Our insurance was renting our son's Afflovest through a DME for a few years when one day they stopped approving it. They had already paid much more than the price of the equipment and they wanted us to return it even though our doctor appealed and we appealed, they would no longer approved. We reached out to Afflovest and was put in touch with Bobby who was extremely helpful and assisted us in figuring some things out with the DME. The Afflovest is such an important piece of medical equipment - it is the difference between sickness and hospitalization many times. We are very thankful to have this. We also like that our son is able to walk around while using it.”

“Dr Chen and his staff are great. I feel likes it is very hard to find trustworthy dentist. I used to travel from Slaughter to see Dr Snow up near Medical Parkway since I loved him, but when he retired I needed to find a new dentist. I am so happy I found Dr Chen since he's such a great dentist. I have had horrible experiences with a lot of dentist in Austin that recommend treatments that are unnecessary just to make a buck. Dr Chen is far from this. Highly recommend him!”
