“I had previously gone to another dental practice where my son needed sealants, a filling and a couple of baby teeth pulled. The previous office had terrible time/appointment management and was unable to complete his treatment plan after his routine cleaning. After being in office for 2 hours, mostly waiting, I would say I was over it. I was not willing to stay for an unknown amount of time and hang out until someone could finish the job. I was referred to Dr. Wisely's office recently where I called and was able to get a last minute appointment that I needed for my son. I was immediately greeted by Angela at the front desk with all warm smiles. Alex began working on the sealants and was kind and patient with my 12yo. He wasted no time and got the job done. Dr. Wisely came in right after to work on the filling and kept this appointment rocking and rolling getting right into pulling the last of some stubborn baby teeth. Dr. Wisely was also kind and got it done without scaring my kiddo. There is nothing more important to have a dentist (and staff) that can help keep the experience trauma free for patients. The staff is so kind and were not pushy with me or my kiddo. Insurance was handled before I walked in the door, I knew what we needed to do from the previous appointment and everyone was able to jump in and get it done without any hassle. LaCett came in to check on my son and gave him a friendly reminder to brush his teeth if he planned to keep them all. I will be scheduling my own whitening appointment soon and we already have our next routine appointments scheduled for both of us. Looks like we will be patients for life at Jollyville! Love!”

“I’ve been attending sessions at this location for about 3 months now for a dislocated knee. The women here are absolutely amazing. I’ve mainly worked with Thea and Jess and have gone from tame sessions to sessions where I’m sweating and pushing hard. These ladies have a delicate way of balancing those things during your recovery. For those three months I’ve been going twice a week and I am amazed at my recovery. I not only didn’t realize how bad my injury was but the girls are really helping me understand how to get back to the physical activities I want to do without hurting myself again. I cannot speak higher of this team of women and how inspiring it is to see us all as patients get better each each. If you’ve been contemplating getting this help for yourself, these woman will get you back to where you need to be.”

“I rarely give 5 star ratings to anything. Was Arden Courts perfect? No. But is any facility? All you can ask is that they do their best and this facility did just that to my great appreciation. My four sisters and I had concerns, multiple requests and were very involved during my mother's stay there in her final years which ended a few months ago. But I can't imagine a more caring, capable, and responsive facility than Arden Courts. The location was not convenient to me but I quickly learned to love the location. It is situated with several nearby parks where I often took my mother for walks. The facility is divided into 4 sections each with their own color-scheme and staff. One of the draws to this facility was the claim that they had a low turn-over rate in their staff. That turned out to be true and I never went into the facility without saying Hi to multiple people that made it a point to share experiences and moments with my mother that they had experienced. I often left Arden Courts thinking to myself the people that work there are Angels. I never felt anyone was there just to earn a paycheck. They deeply cared for the residents and the job they were doing to make them as comfortable as possible and make their stay as stimulating as possible. I highly recommend this place. It is a jewel among memory care facilities. My family was lucky to find this place for my mother.”

My two boys are not afraid to come to the DR and I believe this is because Dr. Gupta and her nurse are very personal with them and make them feel welcomed and safe. “Our son went to the Marywood House at Higher Plane directly from treatment. Our son thrived under the structure and accountability of the house and the support of the house manager there. Our son later became the assistant manager at the Marywood House and eventually the house manager at the Loyola House. Altogether our son spent almost a year at Higher Plane and has referred numerous others since.
