“Good apartment with great neighbors! I love the community here. Management change a few times but our requests would always be done in a timely manner. Nice view of the pond and lots of fully grown trees in walkable areas. The dog park is huge and has for small dogs and larger breeds. Gate would sometimes wouldn’t work but there was a security doing rounds which I guess makes up for it. Pool is nice. Gym can get some more equipment and it would be perfect. Overall I enjoyed living here because of the people we met.”

Custodian services come by every night and empty trash and recycling in your office. Management is very accommodating and easy to work with. It’s also a very well thought out space. A lot of natural light and modern finishes. Feels like your working in a legit office building complete with your own thermostatic for your specific space. And they have addition perks like a well stocked fridge, microwave, a nice automatic coffee machine, snacks, plates and cutlery. But you’re also right next door to Raw Shore Bar if packing a lunch isn’t your thing, or if you’re looking for a spot to grab after-work drinks with friends or colleagues.
