“Moved into my new apartment yesterday and we noticed later in the day that the air conditioner wasn’t cooling down. I called the office and they dispatched immediately LT and Sharif. They said that unit was old and that they would replace it. This was about 4 o’clock during the day. They worked until past 8 PM replacing the unit and making sure that it cooled down. This is amazing service. They didn’t want me to be uncomfortable during the weekend. Because this happened on a Friday. I looked at four other properties before deciding on this one because of location and now because of the excellent service.”

“I’ve lived here for two months. It’s worth noting that Concord is under new management. I’ve heard rumblings that the prior management wasn’t great, but I have to say, James, David and the entire team are some of the most welcoming, helpful, and kind people I’ve ever met in any apartment complex. They really are doing everything in their power to help shift perceptions and regain the trust of those hurt by the prior owners. This is demonstrated both by their rapid and significant upgrades to infrastructure as well as their stellar customer/resident service. Most people are on their best behavior on move-in day, but the team has been wonderful months into my tenure. As a young professional, I’ve lived in plenty of communities throughout Texas, California and New York State. So far, this has been the best service I’ve ever received. Facilities are well kept, personal are extremely helpful and flexible. They just want you to be happy here. They respond to all emails and questions in minutes and have gone out of their way to assure a happy move-in and initial few months for me here at their complex. If the trend of excellent service continues, I could see myself living here for the foreseeable future.”

“Incredible value. We just sold a condo downtown and working with John saved something like $ 14k on the transaction. This is a great fit for real estate sales in a market that doesn't need a lot of pushing. John placed us on the MLS and within 10 days we had a couple of full price offers. “I bought the house in last February. She is great professional realtor. She did her best to show us better home. When we generally set up a schedule and decide which house we want to see, she is always ready to come in time to see the available homes, even if it is not her main business area. Also, she made tentative lists not only the house we chose considering our various backgrounds, including our economic situation, and allowed us to tour together. She gave sincere advice on things that were difficult for the general public, not a real estate agent, and meticulously pointed out things we could miss because we are not an expert. Not only that but with responsibility in negotiating with the other agent, we finally bought a good house at a satisfactory price. However, it is only after buying a house that she ranks the most as a customer. Even though he completed the process of purchasing a home, he continues to contact him, ask his family's regards, and check things related to the house. As the first person to buy a house, there are many things I do not know about mortgage or tax, so I often contact and ask first. Every time EJ always responds kindly.
