This location is superb! Clean and beautiful as storage can be ! Teri is wonderful and so pleasant. She’s very professional and friendly. I love her. These are the best people I’ve ever worked with I this business. !!!

It's not very often when I write a review of an organization, but Bee Cave Storage and Teri have warranted one. Our most recent move was incredibly difficult on us coming from DFW to Austin and had to find a storage unit at the last minute. Teri was unbelievably helpful and went out of her way to provide a superior level of customer service. Something that is not commonly found these days. The storage facility is immaculate in terms of cleanliness. I would highly recommend anyone that is looking for a storage unit to look no further than Bee Cave Storage and Teri's incredibly warm personality.

WOW. This brand new facility is top notch in every regard. I've been storing for years and the place really stands out for a couple of reasons: 1. The owners are incredible human beings that give the whole facility a friends and family vibe: it sounds almost too good to be true, but they have managed to make an otherwise sterile, cold environment feel warm and inviting. Never thought "storage facility" and "warm and inviting" would ever come out in the same sentence from my mouth , but this husband and wife duo have made it happen! Even though I signed up online for my unit, Terry called me within the hour to confirm my rental and introduce herself, and asked what my intentions were with my rental. SAY WHAT???? YES, you get treated like a living, breathing human being, people, and it's really refreshing and wonderful. Actual customer service.
2. Smoothest move in. Ever. After Terry showed me the lay of the land, she told me the most glorious news ever: their facility allowed key-pad access until 10pm. With the dawn of COVID-19, this is almost unheard of. In fact, one of the main reasons I moved into Bee Cave Storage is my previous storage facility jacked up my rental price over $40/month last year, got bought out by another company, and restricted access to the facility to the point where it made moving out nearly impossible with my work schedule. I'm pretty sure they have a phrase for that: Disaster Opportunism. If you want to get out of a double bind, move your things to Bee Cave Storage. The relief I felt was heavenly, safe and trustworthy. Can't believe I said that, either.

Bee Cave Storage is a wonderful storage facility! It's new, clean, and bright. The indoor storage is easy to get to, secure, reasonably priced, and the staff are super friendly and helpful! They are top notch quality, and I highly recommend this storage facility.

Bee Cave Storage is definitely the place to rent storage from. They have the best deals, extremely professional/courteous customer care, and it is a new facility that takes every security precaution. I am so happy I chose this location for our storage unit.

Teri also goes above and beyond all expectations as she checks each storage unit to ensure it is locked properly! We had a "mislock" on our first day and Teri called to inform us that we needed to secure our unit. Outstanding service!
