Bee Cave Vision Center

Unbelievable customer service experience yesterday at the Bee Cave Vision Center. Went in for a new frame replacement. Served while I waited by a courteous and professional staff. Special shout out to the optician, Gail. Gail, if you need a Green Card, I'll marry you so you can stay in the country. This store should be the model for every retailer in the country.

The website is great, the staff are super friendly and accommodating and Dr. Nelson was thorough and delightful. The office is beautiful with great parking and it's easy to find. Everything was top notch. I was able to make an appointment online which was fantastic since I was in another country with a 7 hour time difference. I will be returning for future appointments!

Excellent patient experience. Very clean and modern office following all of the CDC guidelines. Each person who worked with me along the patient experience was friendly and helpful. Dr. Dobson was warm, knowledgeable and kind. Also they carry high end brands for glasses. Very excited to have this vision center in Dripping.

My visit was awesome from the front desk greeting from Michelle to the pre-test tech. Sara! The appointment was on schedule and Gayle the practice manager, showed me some very nice frame selections! Dr Dobson was so friendly and personable! He gave me a thorough and professional eye exam and explained his findings in terms I was able to understand!
I also met and spoke to Des and she was so very polite!
Overall the visit was beyond my expectations!
I was completely at ease throughout the visit!
The covid protocol was much appreciated!

They go above and beyond ! Margarita is always so helpful and patient when I am choosing my glasses. She has great taste in frames and knows what looks best on me. Dr. Dobson is very thorough with his tests and takes his time listening to me about my concerns. All the staff are very kind and helpful. I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else and I highly recommend them to family and friends.
