Henry's Barbecue

Made a great choice on a quick visit to Austin. Henry's checks all the boxes. Laid back, friendly, amazing brisket, and great mac and cheese. I'm no bbq expert but I know what tastes good and this is it! I only wish I was able to eat more.

Last minute stop before going to the airport and had the lean brisket sandwich and it couldn’t have been better, with lots of moisture and great sauce and bun. We will be back. Thanks for making a great meal!

The pulled pork has a lot of pepper taste, almost overpowers the meat. However, some people love pepper. On the other hand their pork ribs were out of this world. The meal just fell off the bone and was moist. I have ribs other places and it can be dry. Their banana pudding is amazing.

Ya'll. This is good. Got brisket, sausage, and mac and cheese. All well above average. The smoker was going in the back so it's definitely legit. Good sauce too. It's not a store front, it's a food truck around back. Don't be scared! Yum!
