(August 7, 2018, 2:02 pm)I bought a 2012 F150 XLT from ATX Truck and Equipment. I live in Arizona so we asked many, many questions and Doug always responded super fast. He sent us over 50 photos and a video of the truck so we could see exactly what we were buying without having to go to Texas! I bought the truck without seeing it in person and the truck was 100% as described!! I was nervous to buy a truck from a dealer without seeing it in person, but Doug made the whole process super easy. We bought the truck for under blue book, they have GREAT pricing here. I also received a history report so I was confident the truck was solid. Doug also shipped the truck to my door! I didn’t have to do a thing, he set it all up! So happy we found ATX Truck and will definitely buy again from them
(May 16, 2018, 4:39 pm)My wife and I recently purchased a truck from Doug at ATX Truck and Equipment. We bought a 2015 Ford F-250. The pricing is what got us in the door and interested. We couldn’t find anything near this year, with the miles for what ATX Truck was asking. Their quote was significantly lower than the Kelly Blue book and even the CarFax value! The customer service was just as good as the pricing. Their finance department made the buying process simple and straight forward. Brittany, Dougs’ wife, did a great job explaining the financing and our options.
We came in one car not expecting to buy the truck there on the spot. So Doug even delivered the truck to our house after we closed the deal! Never had a dealer offer that option before. This is a true family dealership and you can tell from the moment you meet the owners that they care about the customer and product they are selling. We will definitely return to buy our next vehicle. Great experience all around.
(January 6, 2018, 2:12 pm)Found a truck here on the Facebook market, it was a great deal, and the truck is still running strong without issue 3 weeks later, and I’m not expecting any issues. Employees were very professional and polite. I’d look here first if I were to be in the market for a good used vehicle again in the future. Carfax was provided, and the price shown included Title and License fee.
