Cliff is an excellent kiln repairman. He usually knows problem before he checks out kiln. He is very professional and a really nice person. I would recommend his work to anyone. He is “Johnny on the spot” if at all possible. Unless he has prior commitments. Then he will be there as soon as possible
Highly recommend. Cliff is very professional and knowledgeable. I have an old kiln and he was able to fix it. He explained what was wrong and how he fixed it. I also wanted to buy a digital kiln and he answered all my questions and he ordered it for me. Customer service is the best with Cliff. Again, I highly recommend Cliff.
