Lago Bistro

These are some of the nicest people with a very difficult job. I was surprised to see such a low rating for them. Packages and mail are almost always delivered on time with little incident. I greatly appreciate their great support!

I had a package that was getting sent back to the sender, I called the buckeye post office and Akeem who is the supervisor customer service representative helped me by looking for my package and then making a new label with a tracking number and resent it back to me. He was very polite and understanding even though he had a lobby full of people he was nice enough to go look for my package when he was done taking care of the customers in the lobby. When he did find it he called me to let me know he would be sending back to me. Thank you Akeem, that worker needs a raise for his outstanding performance of his job.

Excellent follow through and service. Akeem and Debby were responsive and quickly solved an issue with my mailbox key when I first moved in. Going as far as dropping off mail and key, frequent texts, and keeping me informed was greatly appreciated.

Been hearing a lot about this post office here in festival foothills. Sounds to me like people with too much time on their hands. My experience is being in a Colorado having surgeries. Went to hold mail, piece of cake. Had to extend the hold, piece of cake. And when it came time to stop the hold it was easy. I do have to say something about the one girl I have had so much interaction with and that is Melissa. What a comfort and joy it has been to speak with a sweet caring person. This kind of help should come at a price. The price being give this girl a raise, make her management or call the place Melissa’s post office. So Management if you read this, take it from a boss who has been there done that. There are others at this post office that are also excellent. Thanks to Melissa for everything as you have made my recovery sooo much nicer!

I just wanted to give a shout out Lago Bistro. At the last minute, I had four friends ask if they could drop by for a visit. Absutely, I said. Went to the fridge to prep some snacks stuff, and I had nothing. I am close to Lago Bistro, so I ran over to see what they had. I walked in to find them closing. I was 10 minutes past their posted closing time, but they wanted to know my plight. I explained, and they said "give us 20 minutes". 20 minutes later I had 3 flat breads, chips, dips, and salsas. The food was awesome, the impromptu get together was a big hit, and it was all thanks to Lago Bistro! I am a believer!

First time here today - really cute spot. They serve breakfast all day which is awesome! I got the Greek salad and added chicken to it. Only giving it 4 stars since they forgot to deliver our alcoholic beverage but we were ok with not having it arrive. Would recommend to anyone visiting the Largo Vista area.

I am happy to see this location still active. It is a new owner and different vibe. The staff is very welcoming and available to attend to your needs. The Chai tea was delicious and the food pretty par for the area, but nice alternative selection. The salad was definitely filling.

Very nice place to have breakfast.
Upbeat background music, nice scenic video playing on monitors.
However what did it for me was Priscilla.
Not everyone is cut out to work in the hospitality industry, everyone can learn from this young smiling lady.

Very nice and helpful agents, they suggest and offer the cheapest and fastest way to get your important shipment to where it needs to go. Very patient too...
