“Nice outdoor patio/bar for safe dining and it was really quiet on the beautiful, sunny Sunday when we visited. Fried pickles and burgers we ordered were delicious, and also enjoyed a $2 Ziegenbock draft special. This place walks the line between dive bar and nice neighborhood joint. If they spruced it up just a little bit more, I bet they'd get more families dining in. Neverless, I'd go back again since the food was solid and it's close to home.”

It 's close enough to Austin to take advantage of all it offers, but far enough out to feel like you're living in the country (even if you're in the city limits!) Small schools, neighbors who care, lots of churches, more activities than you could ever pack into your calendar, plus the best 4th of July parade and fireworks show you've ever seen.”

“Ok, this is like visiting a resort style park. The sites are huge, perfectly layer out and flat with crushed granite, fire rings and heavy duty grills with lids. The showers were recently painted and so clean. We walked along the lake, and took the trails... one of the trails have rubber like chips that would be perfect for running or a wheelchair... we saw deer running by too. Staff were so friendly. It was so nice... it's like a local little secret... can't wait to come back”
