After trying all the Mexican spots on the Austin Infatuation list, I spontaneously tried this food truck. I would rate the experience of eating here higher then the best rated restaurants of Austin. Beautiful patio, amazing service, mind blowing authentic food and drinks. Even if it's a little far out for some folks, make a trip out here. Even the drive is beautiful because of the hill country. But once again, this place is divine!

Amazing staff and amazing food. I'm amazed of how beautiful the food was presented. The two ladies were awesome and very kind. Definitely a place to check out on the weekends ❣️

Food truck right off Nameless road.
Owner operated food truck that serves really good Mexican food and fresh Fresca drinks. The drinks alternate by the day but always fresh. Enjoyed the dragon food and pineapple Fresca when we went by.
They have sitting area should you want to dine in.
This is a really great hideout to enjoy food while in nature with not so much traffic. There is parking right up front.
The service was very personal, the owner takes time to explain the different items on the menu, and this offers a very personal touch to the food.

Definitely recommend this to anyone around the area, prices are fair, very reasonable and competitive.

Highly recommend this place! The food is delicious, authentic, and so fresh! The salsas have the perfect kick of spice. The outdoor seating is cute and perfect for a quick bite to eat. Must try their watermelon mint agua fresca — it was perfect for a hot summer day. Will be returning very soon!

Casita Ruby is a little bit out of the way for us. But I find excuses to find myself nearby this place is delicious, The ladies that run it are lovely and do everything to make you feel welcome. I highly recommend
