We have been attending the adults and kids class as a family for almost 6 months now and love it. The instructors are friendly yet professional. I have noticed gains in my strength and stamina. My 5 years old has learnt great lessons on discipline and respect. The instructors wife babysits the younger kids if needed during adult classes. I look forward to more years of training. Will definately recommend for adults ( men and women) and kids.
