Plantation House

We had such a wonderful stay at the Plantation House. The property is so beautiful and our room was gorgeous and cozy! Luey and Norris were so friendly and hospitable. The breakfast was delicious every day and we had a great mix of going in to the city to explore and also just staying in to rest and recuperate. Perfect get away!!!

Amazing experience. Luey and Norris are the kindest and friendliest hosts you can ask for! Luey made a 🔥 breakfast everyday and our conversations at the table with her were fantastic. So authentic! She had great local recommendations for sights to see and things to do. Can’t wait to return!!

Our stay was absolutely fabulous! Everything about the property is welcoming. The breakfast was top notch. The penthouse loft has so much character and space.. This is the perfect getaway for peace and quiet and is still close enough to town if you want to enjoy some night life or great food. Charming owners. This place is a true Texas treasure!!! We can't wait to go back.

My husband and I stayed two nights here for our 51st wedding anniversary. We’re so glad we found this gorgeous, spectacular gem of a B&B. The property, the accommodations, the amenities, the decor, the delicious breakfast and how personable Luey and Norris were just topped off our getaway. Everything is first class!! They even did something special for us for our anniversary, which we appreciated very much! It’s the perfect location, away from the city, but close enough to shopping and restaurants. We are definitely coming back. We absolutely LOVE this place.
