Emergency Room (ER) at Baylor Scott & White Medical Center – Pfl

This is the most friendliest, polite, courteous, offering, patient, professional, caring and kind ER I have ever visited. Everyone that came in introduced themselves, each one that did come in asked if I needed anything. They explained in detail what they were doing. Even offered me hot sheets because I was cold. You'll get treated right away and they will assign a room to you afterward in no time if additional observation or hospitalization is required. The doctors and nurses are very competent and made me feel completely at easeYOU ALL ROCK! THANK YOU ALL! The owner has to be proud.

My mother was hospitalized here and I would have to say this is simply the best hospital in the area. The cleanest facility and the kindest staffs all around. I highly recommend especially if you need to go to the ER. You'll get treated right away and they will assign a room for you afterwards in no time if additional observation or hospitalization is required. Compared to other hospitals around the country where you have to wait hours for admission, this experience absolutely was walk in the park. Thanks to all the staffs for taking such good care of my mother for three days.

I received wonderful care from the emergency room staff at this location. The nurses were caring and attentive to all of my needs. The doctor was very competent and made me feel completely at ease. I had to wait only a few minutes to get taken back and seen. Excellent experience overall.
