I had it narrowed down between two companies, but ultimately felt I was getting better customer service from THTM!! Not to mention they offer a better warranty than their competitor! Kyle went above and beyond to get my hot tub up and running and we're in love with it!! Michelle, has been great with communication and sending information needed.
I would not hesitate to recommend these fine folks!! -

They know how to work with any warranty company and also are knowledgeable on all types of tubs. This set us at so much ease and Kyle was able to come out and troubleshoot the issue and find a solution in no time. I highly recommend the hot tub man for any service as not only are they knowledgeable and professional but get the job done with ease to the customer. Thanks Hot Tub Man!!!
