Longhorn Professional Cleaning

Today we got our carpets cleaned in the entire house! They needed it too after our kids did wonders with drinks, food, and markers. Talk about parents who stay on them to make sure they don't do that. But they manage to sneak food and drinks in areas of the house they aren't suppose to on top of coloring with markers. Kids will be kids and push their parents to the limits.

Our carpets look so clean and new again. This cleaning company takes care of their customers. They did double book me with another customer and they called me in time to adjust my schedule. They asked me if I was willing to change my appointment. That I am grateful for because they could have just told me to deal with it. Again they are professional with customer serivce. I have always experienced a great attitude over the phone and with the teams they have sent to clean my home. I will definitely recommend them to my friends or anyone who asks me for a great cleaning company.

The cleaning solution they use smells very citrius. They also have stuff to get out tough stains or gum for that matter. For 3163 Sq ft home, it took them almost a few hours.

They will asks you to pre-vacuum your carpets and move all furniture around for the areas your want cleaned or they will clean around the furniture if you cannot move it to another location in your home. They cleaned a few spots I missed with vacuuming my home myself.
