Autumn Ranch On Swenson Farms

Waited until I’ve been here a few months to review and gotta say I like it!

Apartments are spacious & clean. Closet and kitchen in particular are great. Even the models that aren’t “newly renovated” are pretty nice. George, the maintenance guy is friendly & responds to requests within 24 hours, so that’s awesome. Leasing office depends on who you’re talking to but 99% of the time they’re pretty chill / friendly. The parking lot & surroundings are clean and well maintained. My *only* complaint is that the walls can be a bit thin but no biggie, nothing is ever crazy loud. I also like that they are pet friendly and the application process was pretty straightforward. Valet trash service is legit and super convenient and the pool and gym are clean! Overall I’d say I’m very happy to be living here.

Amazing! Coming from a horrendous experience at my other apt, I needed to get out quick. They got me applied, approved, and moved in within a week! I finally feel at home! As someone who reads these reviews to make my decisions here are some things you should know - Pros: Maintenance (George) comes quickly and are so friendly. Staff is friendly. Secure, gated community! Overall Spacious apt for the price!

Cons: Parking is limited. You can hear upstairs. All of these things are manageable.

I have only been here a few months but do like the place. The office staff is extremely friendly and willing to help. Every time I submit a work order the maintenance guy, George, usually takes care of it the next business day and is very nice. Nice big apartment, but my apartment specifically has issues with loud people upstairs and a little bug problem probably from being on the first floor.

Always amazing service. Always quick to respond to me, never leaves me in the dark about anything. Great place to live. Maintenance crew is above average. I put a request in and they were in my apartment in a matter of hours. George got the job done quick and was out of my hair. 5 stars.

Moved in about three months ago and I've loved it! Great location (not too far from Austin.) Tons of space in the apartment, a trash pick-up service, free gym, etc. The maintenance team (shout out to George) have always been extremely helpful as well. Overall, a great place to live!
