“I had previously gone to another dental practice where my son needed sealants, a filling and a couple of baby teeth pulled. The previous office had terrible time/appointment management and was unable to complete his treatment plan after his routine cleaning. After being in office for 2 hours, mostly waiting, I would say I was over it. I was not willing to stay for an unknown amount of time and hang out until someone could finish the job. I was referred to Dr. Wisely's office recently where I called and was able to get a last minute appointment that I needed for my son. I was immediately greeted by Angela at the front desk with all warm smiles. Alex began working on the sealants and was kind and patient with my 12yo. He wasted no time and got the job done. Dr. Wisely came in right after to work on the filling and kept this appointment rocking and rolling getting right into pulling the last of some stubborn baby teeth. Dr. Wisely was also kind and got it done without scaring my kiddo. There is nothing more important to have a dentist (and staff) that can help keep the experience trauma free for patients. The staff is so kind and were not pushy with me or my kiddo. Insurance was handled before I walked in the door, I knew what we needed to do from the previous appointment and everyone was able to jump in and get it done without any hassle. LaCett came in to check on my son and gave him a friendly reminder to brush his teeth if he planned to keep them all. I will be scheduling my own whitening appointment soon and we already have our next routine appointments scheduled for both of us. Looks like we will be patients for life at Jollyville! Love!”

“Honestly the best Dental Centre. My son had an molar extraction and it only lasted about 10 minutes. He said he felt no pain whatsoever and normally molar extraction last 1 hour. They give nice gifts, toothbrushes, and other good stuff. Overall I give it a 5 out of 5 stars.”

“I’m very happy I chose the dental practice of Dr Doyle. I enjoyed my initial visit with friendly, expert, and superbly competent staff. Check in was a breeze. Dental hygienist was excellently thorough, very personable, made me feel at ease, was certainly an expert with state of the equipment. Dr Doyle also was professional, personable, did a thorough exam of my mouth and lymph nodes. I was given a printout of my future panned visits showing what insurance will likely pay and what I pay. “My 7 year old son loves this place. When I first took him here he had a few pretty bad cavities that were giving him some moderate pain, the dentist installed a few crowns and was very gentle and professional and my son was so happy that he didn't have any more pain! Another time my son had a severe toothache and was in a lot of distress. The next morning I called Kids Smiles and even though they were totally booked they found some time to see him right away, turns out it was just a new tooth coming in a little rough - what a relief! But I was so grateful they were able to make sure he was taken care of.”

Dr. Flint provided rapid, expert care and ensured my ability to tolerate the procedure of having a painful back molar extracted. I am very grateful. They provided the post-op teaching and followup reading. How could they improve? This may be just my taste - by adding warmth - a calm, older gentle person to talk about implants or other procedure - some plants, warm paintings - patient education on their website re' their services and style. John, one of the dental assistants came and sat down beside me in the waiting area. Can not say fully how much it means to a fearful new patient to be put at ease and laugh.
