James from Lanham's arrived for an urgent plumbing need to our house on a Sunday in an hour after my initial call. He was a great communicator, effectively took care of a nasty blockage, and the price was very reasonable. He even chatted with us about some other projects we had in mind. We WILL be using Lanham's for ALL of our needs moving forward. I was so impressed that I had to send them off with fresh cookies. 10/10 recommend.

I had an emergency water leak at my house and I called Jimmy and he got me a plumber right out. When the plumber arrived he was a young man I believe his name is Justice he did a great job. I told him what had happened he explained to me how he was going to fix it and within an hour he had water turn on and no more broken pipe he cleaned up the job explained my bill to me and overall was just a fine young polite man

Lanhams was able to get out to our home quickly. James was great, friendly and efficient. Didn’t mine our 2.5 year old watching and wanting to help. Thankful to have our hot water valve fixed for our washer.

My hot water heater busted yesterday. Water was flooding under my house and my yard. I called Lanham’s after my plumber didn’t answer. They answered immediately and had someone out in one hour! Justice came and replaced our hot water heater and had us up in running in less than 4 hours. He was awesome! We will definitely use Lanham’s going forward.
