Benson's Complete Automotive Care

Finally an auto mechanic that's honest. They diagnosed the problem which was what I expected the problem to be and didn't scam me into paying them for problems that didn't exist. They were quick and very nice. I highly recommend Bensons Complete auto care and will be bringing my future problems to them.

Honestly, an incredible experience at Benson's. Me and my crew were on a trip to Alabama from Dallas, and of a sudden our truck started overheating right at the exit where Benson's was located. Fortunately, we pulled off and pulled right into the Benson's garage and spoke with the technician Dale and Larry right away. They diagnosed the issue quickly that our water pump had failed, sourced the part, and got us back on the road under an hour and a half. As we hit the road, our engine temp and oil pressure are good as new, all thanks to those folks who made us a top priority to get us back on the road right away even though they might have had other work waiting. Spoke to Larry about golf, friendly staff. We got incredibly lucky to have this issue right by Benson's garage, but anyone stopping in with a minor issue can get back on the road with no worries. Thanks again!

Me and my wife were here from out of town .Our truck broke down the towing company recommended this shop. They took our truck in At quitting time on a Friday and had the truck fixed on Saturday by noon.This was on labor day weekend this owner and his mechanics was such a blessing for us. I want to highly recommend this shop for any of your automotive needs . Excellent pricing as well . Awesome shop
