I had my car battery dead on me on Costco parking lot today 07/12/19. 107 degrees outside and trunk full of perishable food!!! The tow company came and jumped my battery and recommended me to call the dealership to get car checked up and see what is wrong with it!!! It is Friday and very long weekend ahead of us with unknown Warning of tropical storm com to an area!!!
Being filly booked they were able to get me in in no time!!!! The service was amazing!!! Hyundai warranty is amazing!!! I drove off parking lot with new battery, new biz to go to , new friends!!! Just amazing!!!
I would recommend Hyundai Brookshire to anyone!!!
Oh, and they have an amazing card selection!!! I test drive couple of them while waiting????????????.
(July 9, 2019, 2:21 pm)Chris was fantastic to deal with. This was not the closest Hyundai dealership to me, but the customer service I received was worth the drive. Chris took the time to answer all of my questions and get me the exact car that I wanted. Everyone I dealt with was helpful and pleasant from beginning to end. I will definitely purchase our future vehicles from from Brookshire Hyundai.
(June 15, 2019, 5:56 pm)They are extremely transparent with the pricing. Did not try to fleece me. Went over each number on the sheet and explained it to me carefully. They went above and beyond to make sure that I did not have any doubts whatsoever.
The pricing itself was very reasonable compared to every other dealer.
