Every time I visit I'm helped by the same two people who has gone above and beyond to help me solve whatever is going on, first the is William store manager who has given me some great advice on a few things and the other sales associate who has always been kind as very nice. He always very helpful. The west main street store has the best customer service there is.

My experience at this store was great! Mentioned I needed a new battery. They got me the right one and installed it quickly. I was in and out within 15 min or so. The store manager Will was super friendly and helpful as well.

I had a very good experience. Excellent customer service. I needed to replace the battery which was under warranty. As soon as I called, they were eager to help.
