(August 14, 2017, 1:15 pm)I had another wonderful experience at Verizon in Laredo, Tx. I was of course welcomed to Verizon and assisted immediately by Jorge and Alex the General manager. They were very helpful with upgrading our iPhone and with a great upbeat and positive attitude. They engaged in a genuine conversation that made feel confident the upgrade was the way to go. We originally came in for a screen protector because the phone we had the screen protector was actually cracked and after reviewing our account we were advised it would be around the same amount to upgrade and that we did........thanks Jorge and Alex!!!
