“Staff is super helpful, they went above and beyond to work with modifications on my window , they were able to fit the unit it and i had the best sleep ever. My truck was off which is amazing as i save on fuel and its super convenient! I had to sleep in a blanket cuz i was "cold" when it was 45 degrees Celsius outside. Highly recommended”

“I had old tinted windows on driver’s side, it started to peel off, and they didn’t tell me, that they charge 5$ per window plus cleaning, so I was charged 15$, although it would took me literally seconds to remove it, and there’s no residue after old tinting to be cleaned… no problem to pay 15$, but I like when people give some explanation before they will do something that has extra change. Possibly they forgot. Overall, satisfied. They work quickly. Would recommend this place. Also they give 3 years warranty”

“I just want to say that the couple days I stayed there, I enjoyed my time! I want to clarify that the manager & employees are the sweetest and made me feel welcoming. Not to mention, there is a gym right in front of this place that you definitely need to checkout! Most importantly this area is next to everything such as gas stations, shopping centers & food. I wish I could give this place more than 5stars highly/definitely recommend this place to everyone that’s staying in Laredo, Texas.”

“Lala's serves the most delicious Mexican food. I have been eating at Lala's for over 40 years. No other Mexican restaurant can come close. The corn tortillas are homemade. The tacos are puffy. They are light, perfectly fried and not thick with too much masa. They are not soggy nor fall apart when eating. The chalupa is perfect. I love every dish served at Lala's. Lala's is located in Miranda City, TX. It's a very small community of about 366 residents. Their customers drive from other cities just to eat this fabulous food.”

“Unloading time approximately one hour, they start receiving you from 7:30, but they start unloading at 08:15, you only get to register at the office, they give you the ramp number and when they finish unloading you go for the bill signed, the office is like halfway between the ramps, it is NOT the one you are entering!”

“I was a bit worried after I seen all the reviews but the process was pretty smooth. My controller was moving on it own and there is no way I can play that way so I called customer service they set up for me to send my controller to a Sony repair shop. Got my controller back in 6 business days, my controller works fine I did notice today that my serial number on the back of my controller is not the same so maybe they switched it out to a controller that works haven't had any problems so far working fine.”

“*** Edited Review follows in 2nd paragraph *** Called Idle Air because Representative/Tech had not shown up . Held in call queue for over half an hour . Tech showed up to work about a half hour late . They could not provide me with adequate air tight door window adapter . I paid to be in a quiet , idle free zone . Tech allows non paying truck drivers to park and block available spaces , and nothing is done about the noisy trucks idling 24 / 7 . This is a shameful way to run a business ..!! I promised management an edit to my initial review. I was contacted within 24 hours by management. They were extremely apologetic regarding my bad experience, and stated they were taking immediate / reasonable actions . They explained the lot limitations affecting their business. They welcomed me to return in the future and provide further feedback .”
